Our Home on the Cape is currently managed by Cape Cod Oceanview Realty (CCOR). All bookings initiated through our website using the email address above and below will receive a 7.5% discount on the regular rate (not including standard fees). The refund will be credited back to the renter in the form of a personal check from the owners after the full rental fee has been deposited with CCOR. All rental weeks are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday with 3:00pm checkin.
- 04/30/2016 - 06/25/2016: $2175 (7.5% discount on $2350 listing)
- 06/30/2016 - 09/10/2016: $2730 (7.5% discount on $2950 listing)
- 09/10/2016 - 10/01/2016: $2175 (7.5% discount on $2350 listing)
